I'm most judgmental about myself. Our judgments of others can be reflected in the judgments we make about ourselves.

My ego is about as strong as I give it permission to be. Humans often compensate for soft spots in their psyche by putting a suit on the emotional body.

Trying to understand the spiders on the ground. I sat alone watching them while others occasionally stopped by to offer their input. Another child had come to tell me that "If you step on a spider, it rains." I didn't understand why it was going to rain when I hadn't stepped on the spider.

A cave is a part of the ground and a tree is an expression of the ground. I'd feel more stable in the cave.

My greatest spiritual challenge has been in breaking the cycle of pain and learning to live with grace in a world that needs our nurturing.

My trauma, sexual abuse & recovery instructor. I took it to understand others and passed the class with flying colors . I love that insructor, and the most important thing was how much she cared about the subject. She responded to my many challenging questions with grace. My last day of class I gave her a big hug and left before I started crying. There are some teachers we tend to model, saying, I want to be like them. Then we integrate what we like about them into our own selves.

I would become a Buddhist monk. There are certain places in the world where it isn't uncommon for Buddhist monks to spit on the garments of caucasions, obviously a thoughtful choice of where I'd like to practice my spirituality would be of concern.
